Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where do you get a bike at? How? What do I do after I rode the boat both times to slayport or whaterver. Then where do I get the hms.

1. You can get Bikes at Rydel's shop next to the Pokemon Centre in Mauville.

2. You don't have to do anything. But you can go to the Battle Tower if you want.

3. You can TMs in Lilycove Department Store or that place below the Pokemon Centre in Mauville.

What do you mean, the ferry or Mr Brineys boat?

If it is the small boat give the package to Mr Stern by going in the ship yard but he isn't there then go to the musuem (have 50 money with you) battle magma/aqua and then continue the game as normal!

If you mean the ferry after the Elite 4 then you have finished.
