Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey, I don't want my team rated but should I put Metagross into this team?

Kyorge, Groundon, Blaziken, Rayquzza

As you can see I have already beaten the Elite Four (because of Rayquzza!). If not what should I put in?

PS. I have considered a Ryhdon and a Dodrio, what do you think?

Yes you should put Metagross in as long as it has meteor mash. It learns it on level 55. Mine is on level 60 and it can take down Sidney without getting hurt!! Except Sharpedo's rough skin.
