KYOGRE:
I would drop Blizzard for Icebeam as it is more accurate but not as strong. I would go for accuracy as your Kyogre is level 100 anyway.Or I would teach it rain dance to heighten the accuracy for thunder.Apart from that your Kyogre is pretty good!
SWAMPERT: Perfectly fine
WALREIN:
I would change either Blizzard or Sheer Cold for something more accurate like body slam but, in my opinion I would drop sheer cold as it is uneccessary since your Walrein is level 100 (its efficiency rises only against weaker Pokémon), You should know this as you told me the same thing with my Kyogre.
HERACROSS:
Drop Cut for something stronger
SALAMENCE:
Remove fire blast for flamethrower as it is more accurate.
REGICE:
Once again drop blizzard for something more accurate but if you prefer power over accuracy then leave it.

With Herracross delete Rock Smash it is not a very good move for a level 68!
I would take out the HMs except surf. The main thing is you like the Pokemon in your party and not how strong they are!!! It would make the game funner. But I would replace swampert with Jirachi. But otherwise you got a sick team!!!!

You should buy a real Pokemon game where you can only hold 6 Pokemon. HaHaHa.
Well, it sure is better than mine, but I play football and baseball so I don't sit there all day on it. These are my solutions:
1. Swampert has 2 water moves. That's not good.
2. Stop wasting your time on Crobat. Its hopeless!
As of right now it's more of a boo -hisss. Bad and worse at the same time.
