How can I make a Pokemon friendly?
Where can I get a Dragon scale?

I dunno about the dragon scale, but I do know about making your Pokemon friendly.

There are some types of berries that you can feed your Pokemon, to make them more friendly. If you keep winning battles, and not letting them feint, then they will grow more friendly after time. You can also give them vitamins such as proteins, or Calcium, and that will make them grow more friendly towards you.

For your first question, you can make Pokemon friendly by spending time with them, having battles without them fainting keeping them in your current party etc. And another thing, don't use bitter Roots or anything from the herb shop, it make do the opposite and make them unfriendly.

You can make a Pokemon friendly by training the Pokemon and never letting it faint and keeping it out of the Pokemon box...random Bagon sometimes have Dragon Scales.
