Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have looked everywhere on route 119 for Feebas, but i can't find it. Can you give me any tips or is there a different route you can find it on?

You can find it any pool of water on route 119. It only appears on 6 tiles of water and there's a couple hundred tiles of water. Whenever you change the saying in Dewford Town, Feebas's location will change.

The easiest way to capture Feebas is to get an AR.

You have to check every square of the upper part of route 119 using any type of rod. The phrase in Dewford changes where Feebas willl appear. But it won't be the same on different games even if you have the same phrase if you get what I mean?

Hey kike, Xploder here!!

Febass is hard to find (as you have heard) just wanted to say use the super rod on every tile in route 119!
when you get it trade it to me okay...

Fish on every block on route 119 and use a OLD ROD it is the easiest way to catch it!
