I want to have all three Regice but I heard I need to have a relicanth and a wailord. Im trying to evolve my wailmer, but I can't find a relicanth. Can anyone tell me where I can find a relicanth. Also, when does wailmer evolve?

I believe wailmer evolves at 40. As for relicanth you must go underwater using dive and find it there.

Relicanth can be found rarely in any underwater area with grass. Wailmer evolves at level 40.
