Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I just got Leafgreen and I've been playing it for almst 5hours...im in rock tinnel and I was wondering which HM I was supposed to get first Cut(HM1) or Flash (HM?)
Also I was reading the data fro the previous owner is is possible to get Ho-Oh and Lugia And Deoxys???

Well first is flash then theres cut for flash catch ten Pokemon go to pewter gym and talk to the prof's assitant to get it,for cut go to vermillion city after beating misty or not and go to ss anne after seeing beating your rival and seeing bill go to ss anne the big ship hard to miss and go to see the captian your rival will challenge you again but have more Pokemon beat and you'll get to see the captain for the hm cut

Well your suppose to get Cut Before Flash but it doesn't matter.

Cut is needed to get Flash.Ho-oh is available by catching and purifying all forty-eight shadow Pokemon on Pokemon Coloseum.Lugia is available on Pokemon XD:Gale Of Darkness.Deoxys is available by either going to a nintendo event or using action replay.
