What you have to do is go to icefall cave and find lorelei and battle some taem rocket people and then go to dotted hole on island six use cut on the door then figure out how to get to the gem by reading the braille or whatever then you get it taken off you by some scintist then go to the rocket building on island 5 and do the little puzzle and battle the scinetist and go back to island 1 and give it to celio hope I helped
