Hi. I have caught 124 Pokemon and beaten the Pokemon league once but still need to get the sapphire (which I know how to get) can I get mewtwo yet or do I have to beat the Pokemon league once I get the sapphire?
 
 And when I do get 150 Pokemon what do I do (where do I go)?

First thing get the sapphire on 1st island where the 2 rockets talk each other when you fight them they will step away and you will have a way to go inn and search inside for the sapphire then give it to celio the friend of bill so he will put it on the machine also fight again the Pokemon league 2 more times then go back to celio he will give you a rainbow ticket so you can go to the 4 more islands where amny pokeons are to be found and last if you complete the 150 kanto pokedex go to the hotel where you get the tea on the lady go to the 2nd floor and talk to the game designer and give you a MEW!!!

P.S Mew is one of the extremly rare Pokemon ok thats all I hope you follow it
