Where is Moltres and how do I catch Moltres, Articuno, and Zaptos? Also how do I get past the river so I can get to Articuno?

Moltres is found on Mt. Ember which is north of one island.
To catch them use master balls, ultra balls, weaken them first and paralyze them
Surf across it.
