Go to the big building in the middle and you have to bet Giovanni who is on fl 11 but you have 2 go 2 fl 2 to fide him check every telepathy pads.

You have to beat Giovannni in Silph Scope, before you get to him you have to get the Card Key, go to the Fifth floor use it on the door and beat Gary.

You must go into Silph co. To battle Team Rocket after that they are gone and when you are inside the gym there will be teleport pads step on the first one and always go to the one diagonal from you after that you will eventually end up in the part with Sabrina
