It's Novah again, I totally forgot to ask.
Is the running shoes feature going to be available in these games like they are in Ruby/Sapphire?

I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THEY ARE. AFTER YOU BEAT BROCK, A OAK AIDE GIVES THEM TO YOU FROM YOUR MOM.

Yes if running shoes are in red,blue,yellow,gold,silver,crystal,ruby,sapphire then they are probaly in leafgreen

Hi, Novah.
Yes Pokemon LeafGreen does have the Running Shoes feature. You can get the Running Shoes in the Pokemon LeafGreen after you beat Brock, the Rock Gym Leader, also the first Gym Leader. Once you have beaten him and healed all of your Pokemon, start heading towards Mt. Moon, which should be straight ahead to the right of Pewter City. (The City with Brock in it) Once you get past all the trainers and stuff, one of Professor oak's Pokemon Aides should be waiting. When you go talk to the Aide, he should say that either your mom or Professor Oak, wanted you to go along with them.
Then you obtain the Running Shoes, and you should be on your way.
