Can I get all 3 starters and where,can I chatch Lugia and where without mistery ticket,can any Pokemon be 200lv,on the seven island in the house what can I do with box to move them?

No you can't without trading and or cheating you can get Lugia with xd and I don't know

1)It is possible to get all three starters, but it requires trading wires
2)As far as I know you can't catch Lugia without the mystic ticket, unless in a trade
3)I think it is impossible for any Pokemon to be level 100
4)You need a through the wall cheat code
