1.Where do I put in the action replay codes?
2> How do I get into the hoenn region.
3. How do I get all pokemon

1) You type them in on xploder, if you have it.
2) Simple answer, you can't
3) Either spend a lifetime collecting them all or cheat.

You press the insert new code option
You can not get into the Hoenn Region but you can get Pokemon from that region once you get the National Pokedex.
You can get all Pokemon through encountering them and catching them, trade with friends, and/or Action Replay codes.
