you can only get porygon by getting 6,500 coins from the game corner in celadon city (the smaller building, and talk to the middle one) NOTE: this is for leaf green

Go to celedon city but make sure that you have a lots of money then find the game corner enter the bigger one on the left side of your screen and then go to the counter and talk to both of them one of them will as you to convert your pokedollars into coins go ahead and convert till you have 6500 coins then go to the building on the right side it's a small building talk to the lady on the counter and buy porygon or what you want like dratini and other pokemons
