Their are cheats for Gameshark and Action Replay that can get you 99 lucky eggs, but there are no cheats to get one without using a cheat device. The way to find a lucky egg without using cheats is pretty hard. You have to find a wild Chansey in the Safari Zone. It's hard enough to find a Chansey, but you only have a very small chance of catching a Chansey holding a lucky egg. With all the time you spend looking for the lucky egg, you could probably level up to the level you are trying to reach. If your determined to get a lucky egg, you better be persistant, patient, and have about 16 hours to waste!
