Does the Elite Four gain levels after the first encounter with them. Will they get any better or will they stay the same?

After the first time you beat them, get the national dex and help Lorelei. Then they will be stronger, and have better pokemon.

They will gain 12 levels each time you beat the champion.

The elite four will gain 10 levels after you beat them but until you beat them they remain the same.a event will accure after you beat the elite four,when you complete the event one of the elite four members will return and the elite four will have progressed 10 levels, but don't panic that is as high in levels as they will go. Oh and you will find that the elite four is a great training spot that gets you a cash suprize earning if you know what I mean. Good Luck!
