I have a couple of questions:
1)where is a good place to train a weak pokemon?
2)where is the legendary fire dog at?
3)what is a good store to buy a gameshark?
4)do you have to catch all the unowns to catch the legendary fire dog?

1> it depends at what level your weak Pokemon is at. Ex: lv 6 pikachu go to the route just north of pallet town to train. Lv 20 pikachu. Train between saffron and vermillion, etc.
2>the legendary fire dog will be able to be seen if you start of with bulbasaur for a starter and it will be seen anywhere in kanto. Any bush. Not on the islands though.
3> Walmart, zellers, sears, eb games, any store with electronics, pawn shop maybe, probably get a better one online somehwere.
4> no. Just get the natinal dex and beat the elite 4

1)to train a very weak Pokemon 1/ go to the Pokemon leage and give the weak Pokemon exp share....
2)you have to start with the bulbasaur and to get it the fire dog will be any randow place and I have to beat the Pokemon leage.

1. If you mean for the Pokemon leugue go to the victory road fight fight having the weak Pokemon hold an exp. Share.
2. First you have to beat the Pokemon leugue. Next get the national pokedex. Then it pops up at random if you chose bulbasaur as your starter. Raiku comes if you chose squirtle. Suicune comes if you chose charmander.
3. I have no idea. -_-
4. No just beat the Pokemon league and get national pokedex.
