You can't found Mew but only can found in USA Mew and to get it not in USA by a gameshark and you can't not found girafarig..........

Girafarig - Not in LeafGreen. Trade from R/S/E. In Ruby, Sapphire and Emearld, it's in the Safari Zone.
Mew - Nintendo Events. Located outside of the game.

I don't know about the girrafe or whatever it is but gaara_wizard is wrong you can beat the Pokemon league 12 times and Mew will appear in the wild in ceruelean cave

I beat the leauge 48 times and nothing really happens when you beat it for the 24th time you get an egg for gen 4 which can't be traded or hatched but you had to go the gamestop when the ds came out to get it up graded which then it would be transfered but it is only in aus.
