Dragonair really evolves into dragonite at level 55 in leaf green. I just evolved mine.

Level 55 is correct, a fire stone can only be used on Eevee and volpix in leafgreen

I kno how to get a lengendary dog first you need a golbat that knows mean look he gets that move on level 42 or 48 then you need alot of repels and super repels train your golbat to level 49 or 50 then go in a weak grass that have pokemons under level 49 use a repel or super repel if they waste out use another one repels are so pokemons under your level can't get you but if your level 49 and a lengendary dog thats level 50 with soon show up when he does us mean look with golbat and get the dog in red if you get hurt use a max potion get him in red and keep throwing ultro balls he;ll soon be caught it may take some time .

Dratini will evolve into dragonair in level 30 and dragonair will evolve into dragonite at level 55

I have also just caught a dragonair lvl 25 in the safari zone with a super rod but Ya always lvl 55

You don't have to have the best rod in the game to get the dratini, you can get one as a prize from the games corner Celadon city.

That is just the level in which he can evolve it really. Depends on hoe much he likes you he likes you more he might evolve sooner or vise versa.
