Tri-Pass (1-3): Visit One Island for the first time.
Rainbow Pass (1-7): Give Celio the Ruby.
Mystic Ticket (Navel Rock): Gameshark or Action Replay code.
Aurora Ticket (Birth Island): Gameshark or Action Replay code.

Please don't send in the Same submission twice, someone will answer.
To get the tickets, you need to go to Nintendo Events like Pokmon Rocks America, Pokemon America Tours, events held in stores, etc. Or you can be lazy and use cheating devices to go to the Islands.
