You do NOT get Mew in LeafGreen OR FireRed. You get Mew in Emerald, but only by obtaining an Old Sea Chart from a Nintendo Event OUTSIDE the game.

A secret ticket that would take you to a hidden island. You get this ticket through Nintendo events (USA only so far), Myster Gifts with people who have a real copy of it from the events, or cheats. Many people use cheats. It's quickest, easiest, an' cheapest.

Your best bet would be to get the Old Sea Map in Pok�mon Emerald to get Mew, then trade it over to LeafGreen.
