It depends on what cheat device you have....Supercheats supply two cheat code device for each game specified...Action Replay and Gameshark..if you have one of those...go search for the code you want in the cheat code section or ask one in the right forums

Check the AR/GS section of the site, they can give you the Light Ball code. Otherwise, just get a Emerald version and go to the Safari Zone and catch Pikachu.
