Remove Pidgeot and get a Psychic type, as well as a Fire type and Grass type. You could take snorlax along with you if you want with these move set's: Thunder Bolt,Brick Break,Shadow Ball and Surf/Ice beam. That will come very handy in the elite 4.

If you consider keeping Blastoise (I wouldn't recommend it) then at least get rid of Pidgeot. That's even worse. Replace it with Fearow or Dodrio, both of whom are far better.

You'll want a Fire type. The best one you can probably get ahold of is Magmar, which can be found in Mt. Ember or the Pok�mon Mansion Basement. If not, go for Ninetales. DO NOT go for Moltres, just because it is a legendary bird it doesn't automatically make it good.

If you want a better Water pok�mon, go for Vaporeon, Poliwrath, Lapras, Tentacruel (so underrated) or Gyarados.

You'll want Gengar, because it's awesome. That's a fact.

For the last, I'd suggest something like Machamp, Kabutops, Victreebell or Rhydon. Golem is also a decent option if getting Rhydon is too much trouble.

Anyway, Blastoise and Pidgeot are terrible. Replace Pidgeot with Dodrio, Blastoise with Lapras, and add a Haunter/Gengar or Kadabra/Alakazam.
