Bad Egg: It will be called Bad Egg and will NEVER hatch.
Lucky Egg: It's a hold item that increases experience.
Normal Egg: Pokemon Egg that will hatch into a Lv5 Pokemon eventually.

Bad Egg has the name "BAD EGG" in your PC. Lucky Egg is an Item, so no worries. A normal egg is what you get from the Day Care.

You only get bad eggs from cheat codes, Lucky Eggs are so rare, but they're a great hold item, but not an egg. An egg you get from breeding (or the one you get from that guy on one of the islands) will be a normal egg, just some take longer to hatch than others. Put a Pokemon with Magma Armor ability in first place in your party to help it hatch faster and ride your bike around alot.
