1. Ember spa at island 1

2.well a miracle. Since you have it not a shiny theres no way it will be ashiny Pokemon unless you catch another with a shiny code or breed tons of charmender

1) 1 Island Ember Spa.
2) The only way you can get a shiny Charizard (without cheating) is through breeding your Charizard with a Ditto and going through a LOT of eggs until you get a shiny one.

2. You can't, if it was not caught shiny, then you can't get it shiny.

1. Ember Spa. Island one, there is a spa north of it.

2. You can't. You can only get any shinies through cheats or extreme luck. In this case, it's almost impossible to secure yurself a shiny starter.
