I really need to know if you can get Mewtwo and Mew if it is possible where do you get them??

To get Mewtwo you need to become the Pokemon leauge champion and complete the islands. (Give the ruby and sapphire to Celio.)
Mew is only obtianalbe with a cheat device.

Mewtwo can be found and caught in that cave in Cerulean City that is being blocked off by that man. Mew needs to be gained by a cheating device, or Nintendo Event.

I believe you can get both of those Pokemon in Cerulean Cave once you have completed something in the story or through Action Replay.
