Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
What level does: Horsea, Drowzee, Psyduck, Slugma, Feebas and Slakoth eveolve? My friend told me that Feebas evolves by giving it blue Pokeblocks. Is that true?

Your friend is correct, but it must have its Beauty condition filled to the maximum and its level raised afterward. As for the others, Horsea evolves at level 32, Drowzee at 30, Psyduck at 32, Slugma at 38, and Slakoth at 18.

Yes Feebas does evolve if you give him strong pokeblocks but then you have to give him atleast one level up. Horsea=36. Thats the only one I know.

Well, What your friend said is true, You need to increase it's beautifulness so that it can evolve. So basically, Just feed it blue pokeblocks.
