Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I used my new action replay max on my sisters leafgreen(USA) and it somehow erased her sapphire. She already had it in the big machine on One Island, but it's gone. I looked every where in her game, but ican't find it. I've tried to use the "Buy a Sapphire" code for this game, but what do they mean by "first line"???
PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANOTHER QUESTION, her game keeps switching in my AR. Her game is leafgreen v1, but then it registerd as leafgreen v1 PKM, and now it registers as leafgreen v2. Why???

That is a con of an action replay it will mess up your entire system and games

Master Volthawk answered:

That happened to my first FireRed game, too.
The "Pokedex Complete" code deletes the Sapphire in the Network Machine.
You'll have to start a new game. Sorry for your luck.

There is a "First Line" for FireRed codes and another for LeafGreen. The First Line is entered first in the code and the "2nd Line" is for the cheat itself.

Unless you keep changing the (M)aster Code for each game, I can't help you with the switching thing.

Zelda Fan answered:

Well dude there is not much you can do,thats what cheats do,they screw up your game, thats why I don't use them.
