You get it from an old man who lives in the city where the 5th gym leader lives,fushia city "Spelling"

You get it from the Safari Zone warden when you find his Gold Teeth.

You need to get the warden's gold teeth in the safari zone. Then give them to the warden and he will give you strength.

You get it in Fushia City. You have to go to the safari zone and get the gold teeth for this guy in fushia city and goe back to this guys house and he will give it to you.

In the safari zone in the back left corner you will find gold teeth then give it to the guy who speaks jibrish next to the guy who gives you the super rod and he will give you strength while you are in there you may want to get surf which is in the house in the far back left corner
