How the heck do you get to the E4? I've got through Victory Road, but I can't get in? Do I have to go to 1 of the islands? WHAT DO I HAVE TO DOOOOOO!

If youve beat the league before, then it must be that you have to go help Lorelei on the Icecave on Island 4 I think it is.

If you already defeated them once, you must go to the Islands and recover the Ruby and Sapphire.
