You should be able to go to it after you get a certain ticket. It's part of the game so it's not somethin' you have to worry about.

You can make your way there from Island six, just follow the routes.

Give celio the ruby gem then he will take your pass and replce it for a rainbow pass and you will able to get to island's 1-7
