They are crap monsters. Forget about them. The best thing they are good for is pickin' up items or Pay Day. Other than that, nothin'.

Persian has unparalled speed but his attack stats and defense stats are horrible. Forget about him. If you want a Normal-type Pokemon try either Snorlax, Kangaskhan, or Clefable.
