Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
On my game I have defeated the Pokemon league but the problem is professor oak won't give me national dex which I need to get ruby and sapphire plates to get to the other islands etc so how and when does he give you the national dex I keep talking to cleio on island 1 but he doesn't say anything about retriving the ruby and sapphire crystals for his uplink machine
