Get 10 Pokemon and go to Professor Oak's aid located near Diglett cave, on the route 103 side.

First get the cut from the ss.anne(you get the ticket from bill) after that go to the diglet cave and come out in route 2, use cut in the small trees and find a check pion thing, the aide is there and it will give you the hm flash if you have more that 10 Pokemon caught.

Go to diglets cave in electric gyms city.
Go all the way up.then go out then you go down,when you see a tunnel house go in it talk to the people,someone will give you flash
