Cross Stinger answered:

The moves are learned when the Pokmon hatches from an egg....

a blind kid answered:

Simple, look in the list of breeding groups. Find a Pok'emon with the move you want, and breed with a Pok'emon you want with the egg move.
Make sure the move carrier is the father. The mother will always be the pre-evolution or the original state of the Pok'emon.
When the egg is hatched, it should know a certain move.
Like a female Electabuzz breeded with a male Machamp knowing Cross Chop gets you a baby Elekid knowing Cross Chop.

Zelda Fan answered:

Hatch the egg firsts, then they can learn egg moves.
