If an Entei and a Raikou got into a battle and they were both at the same level, and they both knew the best moves available to them, who would win?

1. If Raikou Had The Move Dig And Used It, Raikou Would Win.
2. If Entei Had The Move Earthquake, Entei Would Win. It's Very Interesting Because Dig Is Super Effective Against Fire Types, And Earthquake Is Super Effective Against Electric Types.

Raikou, Entei has the worst possible moveset possible and Electric owns Fire any day.

I would say Raikou, since Raikou knows Electric-Type moves, he or she easily has the best advantage because it can paralyze the Entei, making the Entei unable to move for a period of time and useless.
But Entei may have a chance if it uses powerful Fire-Type moves and leaves Raikou in the Burnt Pokemon condition.
