Their called shiny pokemon! You'll have 1/99999 chances you will find one in the wild!

Anywhere that you can catch rare Pokemon except for the safari zone. Dont go to the safari zone because the Pokemon will run away from you if you don't catch it fast.

My first shiny Pokemon was in safari zone. I caught a purple nidoran (female). But that was just my luck. I am not sure but I think you have a 1/8176 chance or something around those numbers.
