Shiny Pokemon appear randomly at any given time, just very rare.

Every single Pokemon in the game can be a shiny.But it is extremely hard to find one. I've only caught one shiny, and it was a krabby. It evolved into kingler, and he was shiny too.

Every Pokemon could be shiny dude,you never know where you can find them,they are rare and very hard to find,it's luck if you run into one.

Well I don't know all of them but my friend who's actually not my friend cause he took my articuno and zapdos so he could get it in his pokedex but then he did a runner to austrailia (oh wow is he going to get it when he gets back) ANYWAY he found a multicoulered ditto and it's name was permanant ditto and when he battled with it it stayed the same as the Pokemon it used transform with.
I dunno it could just be a glitch Pokemon but................
