I heard rumours that you can get a rare item there... But I believe there isn't actually anything other than Zubat there..

All of you are wrong. It has something to do with the mystery gift and no you don't find any rare item. You find Pineco, aipom, mareep,stantler,shuckle and more.Other than that, zubats. Made by creators in the game just for fun?? No way!!
