Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Hi i'v got a few questions (again)

1.Can you get to jhoto?
2.And if you can't which out of the three would you recommend I evolve evee into?
3.How do you get the national dex because i'v caught way over 60 and talked to oak but nothing?
4.Can you catch the legendary birds WITHOUT using masterballs?
5.Where do you catch the legendary dogs?

I need help asap plz help

2.No you cannot go to Johto,I say evolve it into Umberon.
3.You have to beat the elite four.
4.Yes.
5.It depends on the starter,you can only get one lengendary dog.

1. No you can't
2. Whichever one suits you. Mine is a Vaporeon.(I like Ice Types)
3. Beat the elite four THEN talk to oak
4. Yes I have caught Articuno and Mewtwo with Ultra Balls.(I'm workin' on the others)
5. Everywhere

2. I would recommend Vaporeon.
3. You have to beat the Pokemon League.
4. Yes, you can, but it might take a while.
5. They can appear anywhere, so be prepared!
