Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
How and where do you get the national dex? Cause I thought it said that celio would give it to you on island one after beating the elite 4 and I did and all he says is you look busy!!! Anyway someone please tell me how to do this!

It's Oak that gives it to you � once you collect 60 kinds of Pok�mon.

You have to have 60 Pokemon in your Pokedex when you defeat the elite 4.

What you have to do is talk to Prof. Oak after you have caught 60 pokemon. He will give it to you. All Celio does is give you the rainbow pass, but that comes later.
