Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I am a rookie to leaf green (i have played other Pokemon games though) and I have all my badges but I was wondering if anybody could suggest a good area to train up my party?Also can you tell me where I get a vs seeker?

You get it in the city where the third gym leader lives,go inside the Pokemon center and talk to the girl in there and she will give you the VS Seeker,and train your Pokemon at the elite four.

Get the vs seeker from viridian city, inside the Pokemon center a lady will give it to you! Vs seeker lets you battle with other trianers besides the gym leaders. If you have a flying type and psychic type train in island one, theres trainers there that has level 40 to 50 I think before you enter the spa cave.

Elite 4 has level 60 -70 Pokemon so train your team to 75 or 80.

Lorelie uses water and ice type.
Bruno uses and rock/ground and fighting type.
Agatha uses ghost and poison type
Lance use dragon types.
