Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I have got my lv 65 Eevee friendship up to max + traded it to sapphire but it Won't evolve why ?

Can you pleasse help me!

You need to make the Eevee like you in Saphire because when you trade Friendship is reset to default. That's why it's just easier to breed the eevee and trade the egg over because eggs that hatched like you better. Then give him/her a sooth bell and if you want it to be really fast give it a whole bunch of vitamins, you can use a maximum of 10 per stat and a total of 51 vitamins altogether.

You need a stone (try the water stone; Vaporion can learn the HM "surf"). The three stones I know (that are in Pokemon FireRed and Pokemon LeafGreen) of are:

Fire Stone
Water Stone
(This one I forgot the name of; I'll let you know as soon as I remember)

P.S. Where did you get your Eevee?

Just keep it on the game and evolve it then trade or trade the egg and to evolve it in to espion is day umbreon nite and for vaporion water stone fire stone for flareon and thunder stone for jolteon and to get eevee go behind the caledon mantion and go up and find eevee on a table isisde a pokeball
