Where is a good place to train a jolteon for the Pokemon league
The jolteon is lvl 50 and has these attacks
Agility
Thunderbolt
Doublekick
Quick attack
p.s this is only my first time going up through the pokemon league

Well, a good place to train any electric Pokemon in in any body of water. I would train Jolteon in Seaform Islands.

A good place for you to train Jolteon is Seafoam Island.
And also Victory Road.
