Victory Road would be one of the best places train. Battle the trainers that you skipped in Victory Road also.

In my opinion, the best place to train would be the Pokemon league, because the elite four's Pokemon will always keep leveling up after you beat them. It will be more of a challenge to you and your Pokemon, and it's a great place to help level up your pokemon.
