Missingno was a glitch that was only in R/B. Im sorry about your going to need to get a cheating device to get infinite rare candies.

Sorry Missingo is gone they fixed that glitch.
P.S. ( If I were you I wouldn't use too many rare candies on the same Pokemon because rare candies lower the Pokemon's chances of getting a +3 or +4 on a stat it more than likely gives you +1 and sometimes +2).
