Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I wanted to know if the women on island 2 teaches more than one attack to your Pokemon? She teached my blastoiser this water attack and she ceeps on telling me she has the perfect elemental attack .
So my questions are :
How many attacks does she teach to Pokemon?
Which attacks does she teach?
And which Pokemon do I need?

She teaches one attack each to Venusaur, Blastoise and Charizard.
Frenzy Plant, Hydro Cannon, Blast Burn.
Venusaur, Blastoise and Charizard.

You should know that these attacks are useless in long battles because they have to recharge. They are like Hyper Beam, only they are Fire, Water, Grass instead of Normal.
