Charizard Lv85: Blast Burn, Earthquake, Flame Thrower,Fly.
Mewtwo Lv 100: Thunderbolt, Psychic,Brick Break,Recover.
Blastoise Lv 88:Hydro Pump, Hydro Cannon,Surf,Ice Beam.
Dragonite Lv 86:Thunder Bolt, Flamethrower,Ice Beam, Earthquake.
Tyranitar Lv 85: Crunch,Earthquake,Brick Break,Flamethrower.
Rapidash Lv 91: Overheat,Fire Blast,Flamethrower,Earthquake.
P.s. I've Beaten The Elite Four 48 Times With These Pokemon 
And If You Want A Team Like Mine Don't Think It'll Be Easy It Took Me 1-2 Months To Do This.
Trainer Tips: Give Weak Pokemon EXP Share And Beat Elite Four About 2-10 Times And Your Pokemon Should Be Level 70-90 Depending On The Pokemon,Pokemon Type,Pokemon Level And How Many Times You Do This.

Charizard should have flamethrower, heat wave, earthquake and dragonclaw
Mewtwo replace rcover with calm mind and brick break with ice beam
Blastoise is ok replace hydro pump
Dragonite perfect moveset kudos to you
Tyranitar is ok
Rapidash is ok

Good move choices, Need to work them up closer together though, besides that it's a good 7/10.

Dragonite is good,
Tyranitar teach him earthquake, rockslide, crunch, dragon claw,
Rapidash can't learn earthquake, delete overheat for bounce.
