Also can and how do you make evee evolve into espeon

Yep, that's where you get Eevee. Whoever's answer who says that you have to make espeon like you is LYING. There's no clock in this game, so there's no time. You need to trade to R/S/E (i'm not sure if G/S/C has clock) then make the eevee like you, it'll evolve into espeon during the day and umbreon during the night. Otherwise, there is no way to get Espeon without a cheat device.

It is at the back of that building. You must cut don a tree and go round untill you see a door at the back.
You can, but I think you have to trade it over to Sapphire, Ruby or Emerald in order to do so.

After you have beaten the elite four and got the national dex max out eevee's happiness during the day and it will evolve into espeon

Yes it is still there
To make it evolve into my favorite Pokemon you make it love you a lot and during the day 6:00am to 5:59pm grow it one level and it will evolve

Yes you can but you need the national poke dex and make it happy and train it during the day.

Yes it's still their and you can evole it to espeon if you are playing leaf green it evolves.At lvl 60 outside of a cave for umbreon inside cave at lvl 60 or trade off of Pokemon colosseum when you beat the game or friend does
